JASON M. RUSSELL provides legal representation and negotiation of deals for directors, writers, actors, producers/production companies and social media influencers in the motion picture, television and new media industry, including the negotiation of employment agreements with major studios and networks for film/television directors, writers and actors; representation of producers and production companies in film/television, including distribution/acquisition agreements, as well as all aspects of production legal work related to the completion of production and/or distribution; and platform deals, brand deals, branded integration agreements, licensing agreements and related general and industry-specific legal services for social media influencers.
Jason was selected to Super Lawyers for 2013 – 2014, 2019 – 2021.
Since 2016, Jason has been serving on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Police Department Community Youth Welfare and Education Fund. Prior to that, for nine years Jason served on the Board of Directors for the Junior Blind of America (now known as Wayfinder Family Services).
